As Producer (Creative Learning) at Punchdrunk Enrichment, Dorothy collaborates with cultural partners, creatives and schools on magical immersive projects across the UK. This includes managing the teacher-led adventure projects A Small Tale, The Vanishing Land and The Wishing Cupboard as well as producing a brand new teacher-led adventure with the Associate Director. She also oversees the Immersive Learning Journeys creative mentoring programme for primary school teachers. 

Dorothy’s previous role was Education Programme Manager at the children’s creative writing charity Ministry of Stories. This included planning and managing a diverse range of creative writing projects in schools across east London, with outcomes including published anthologies, short films, live events and performances. 

Dorothy’s producing background includes radio drama, short films and live events. She has been a scriptwriter on radio dramas, short films and short plays. Dorothy trained at the Gaiety School of Acting in her native Ireland where she worked as an actor in theatre and TV for 15 years.
