Esther (or Est) is Punchdrunk Enrichment’s Production and Company Coordinator. They work closely with Amy, Chief Executive, to ensure the smooth running of the company as well as Siobhan, Senior Producer, to support the creation and touring of our productions. 

Previously, Esther worked as the Programme Coordinator at DanceEast (Ipswich), Lead Producer at Suffolk Pride and Gallery Assistant at Firstsite (Colchester). They also currently work as the Fund Administrator for the Bonnie Bird Choreography Fund. Esther’s work centres around inclusive communities, placemaking and the power of the arts to make social change.
