Kate Rigby
Kate has been working with Punchdrunk Enrichment since 2007, beginning her career as a volunteer for Mask of the Red Death. She has worked on Punchdrunk Enrichment and Punchdrunk projects, designing sets and costumes for The Lost Lending Library as her first commission for Punchdrunk Enrichment.
Working with an incredible team of freelance designers, prop makers, dressers and scenic artists, Kate has designed numerous projects for Punchdrunk Enrichment including St. Ethelburga’s Hallowtide Fair, Fallow Cross, The Oracles, Immersive Dickens, Small Wonders, Lost Lending Library and Lost Lending Library Australia and Coventry, as well as a number of teacher-led adventures. Kate is also a trained tailor and costume maker and enjoys designing both sets and costumes.
After graduating from Central St. Martins and London College of Fashion (UAL), Kate worked for several years designing sets and costumes for dance, circus and devised theatre as well as creating installations for The National Trust. Kate also previously worked at the Southbank Centre to create their first immersive touring exhibition; The WondercrumpWorld of Roald Dahl alongside the Roald Dahl Museum and the Roald Dahl Estate.
