Joining Punchdrunk Enrichment in September 2023, Kath is responsible for developing talent pipelines to give people greater access to careers in the arts. This includes our Young Makers programme that provides paid training in scenic arts, carpentry and set design for Brent young people not in education, training or employment, and our Masterclass programme for teachers and professionals. 

Kath is passionate about arts education, giving young people opportunities in the arts and inspiring creativity through literature and theatre. Kath came to Punchdrunk Enrichment  from Secret Cinema where, as Community Manager, she ran education and community outreach programmes for each production. Prior to this she was a Secondary English teacher for 20 years, and is experienced in running non-curriculum school workshops and student volunteer programmes.
